How to win a cheap Nintendo Wii

OK, so you are looking for a cheap Nintendo Wii system. Sure, if you are lucky you can find one in a local store, but they are usally not in stock. And even if they are, you still need to pay at least full retail. That's not someting I like to do.

I prefer to buy my electronics and game systems at a discount. So do a little searching on Google or Yahoo, and prety soon you'll see that there are these unique bid auction sites. These sites claim that you can bid and win a PS3 or an Xbox 360 or a Nintendo Wii, or any of their other items they have on auction.

Read the other post here for more details on what a unqiue bid auction is, then continue to read here to figure out how you can win one (or more) of those auctions. At Auctions4aCause.com for example, you can see how pepople bid on the auctions by looking at the winners pages. You will note several people who have won multiple auctions. Are they cheating? No, they just have a bid strategy.

Here is a great explanation of how to win:

But if you want to konw the short answer...you need to plan to bid multiple times as these auctions are skill based. Utilize the bids summay page that shows you how your bids stack up against others, then figure out how many bids you are willing to place to get this item, either for yourself or to resell on eBay or so.

Statistically speaking, the winner will ALWAYS be between the maximum bid amount and the maximum bid amount minus 1/2 the maximum number of bids.
For the example iPod auction:
The max bids accepted equaled 55
The Get4Price - which is the Maximum bid amount - was $6.74
55 / 2 = 27 (rounded)
$6.74 - $0.27 = $6.47 - This is the worst case lowest bid that could win the auction. Do not bid less than this....

Make sense? If so, go and get yourself that cheap nintendo wii fit bundle, if you are not entirly clear on the concept, just register, get a free auction bid credit and give this a shot without risking anything.

Enjoy!

What is a Unique Bid Auctions Site?

So maybe you have seen some ads, or maybe you heard about it from a friend, or you might even have visited one of the "Unique Bid Auction" sites.... but you just didn't see what it could do for you.

Well if you want to buy a MacbookAir for example, or a cheap Nintendo Wii you can go to eBay, Craigslist, or some other site where you can buy these, often used.

Now what if you could figure out a way to get a brand new Nintendo Wii, cheap? That's where a Unique bid Auctions web site comes in. A site like Auctions4acause.com that gives you the opportunity to participate in bidding for these items and you can end up buying a MacbookAir for less than 50% of what you would normally pay for it, and while doing so, support one of your favorite charities!

OK, so that sounds intriguing, doesn't it? Here is how it works. The MacbookAir or Nintendo Wii is listed with a maximum bid of say $7.40... this means that you can only bid $7.40 or less to become the auction winner. And only a certain number of bids are accepted for each auction before it is closed and the highest unique bidder gets to purchase the item for their bid amount. That means that nobody else can have bid the exact same amount of your bid, and that your bid is the highest one that is not duplicated by someone else (that's the unique part of the auction).

There is a certain skill to bidding just right, and the right amount of times so that you win the auction and each bid does cost you a nominal bid fee (part of which helps support your favorite charity, part of it allows the auction site the buy the brand new product for you that you just won for less than 50% of market price.....

Here is a short flash presentation that details the unique bid part some more:

And soon we'll discuss in more detail how some people are able to win multiple auctions due to their bid strategy....so check back often for details on how you too can win when you bid on brand new, name brand products for 80-90% off retail price while supporting charities.
